The Salt Company is the college ministry of The Fields Church, a local church in State College. Salt Company exists to see a movement of college students follow Jesus for the rest of their lives. We host different events, retreats, and conferences throughout the year, but there are two things you can expect every week at Salt Company.
Thursday nights we gather for worship, Bible teaching, and a place get to know each other! Additionally, throughout the week we gather in small groups called Connection Groups that meet on campus and all over State College to develop real friendship and walk with Jesus together.

Every week, we gather to worship, explore the Bible, and walk through real life together. Whether this is your first time in a group like this or you’ve been around it your whole life, you’ll feel welcomed and challenged to become everything you were made to be.

Our student groups meet in dorms, apartments, and off-campus throughout the week. You’ll find a few consistent things in each group: honesty, laughter, scripture, prayer, and real friendship.
Groups are led by trained student leaders who care deeply and lead humbly.
