Join a Serve Team
At The Fields Church, we believe everyone has a part to play in God’s story. Joining a Serve Team is one of the best ways to build relationships, discover your gifts, and make a difference in the lives of others.
Whether you’re greeting guests, serving kids, helping with production, or supporting behind the scenes, you’ll be part of creating a place where people can say “yes” to Jesus and take their next step in faith.
Baptism
Baptism is a public declaration of a personal decision to follow Jesus. It’s an opportunity to celebrate the new life He has given you and share your story of faith with others. While baptism doesn’t save us, it is the next step of obedience for every believer and a powerful way to say “yes” to Jesus. If you’ve placed your faith in Christ, we’d love to help you take this important next step.

Join a Group
We believe life with Jesus was never meant to be lived alone. Groups are where people find real community, grow deeper in their faith, and learn to follow Jesus together in everyday life. It’s a place to be known, encouraged, challenged, and reminded that you’re not walking this journey by yourself.

The Creative Arts Team exists to help people encounter Jesus through worship, storytelling, and excellence. Whether you’re gifted in worship, production, video, photography, or other creative arts, your talents can help create an environment where people feel welcomed, engaged, and inspired to say “yes” to Jesus.
This team is about more than serving—it’s about using your gifts to make an eternal impact while growing alongside a community of passionate, mission-minded people.

The Guest Experience Team helps create a welcoming environment where every person feels seen, valued, and at home from the moment they arrive. Whether you’re greeting at the door, helping guests find their way, serving coffee, or answering questions, you’re helping people take their first step toward community and a relationship with Jesus.

The TFC Kids Team has the incredible opportunity to help shape the next generation by creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment where kids can learn about Jesus. Whether you’re leading a classroom, teaching a Bible lesson, helping with check-in, or supporting behind the scenes, you’ll play a vital role in helping children feel known, loved, and excited to grow in their faith.

Set Up & Tear Down Team
The Set Up & Tear Down Team helps transform an ordinary space into a place where people can encounter Jesus. From unloading trailers and setting up signs to creating welcoming environments and packing everything away after service, this team plays a critical role in making ministry happen each week.
If you enjoy serving behind the scenes, working alongside others, and helping create a great experience for guests, this is a practical and impactful way to make a difference.
